Flat roof refurbishment

Flat roofs are, without doubt, far better than their reputation. With modern, high-quality waterproofing and careful maintenance their service life may now even exceed that of the building as a whole. Unfortunately, however, people often try to save money on waterproofing material – and that really is a false economy. What seems like a bargain at first can often turn out to be an additional cost factor when the roof requires premature refurbishment. Most important of all, of course, is to avoid repeating the same mistake.
