Warm roof

Whether on solid reinforced concrete or on a light substructure, a non-ventilated warm roof design is the best solution for a flat roof. Its compact combination of layers reliably protects the thermal insulation from moisture. At the same time, its mechanical strength allows maximum freedom for making use of the roof area: from an accessible roof terrace to intensive planting.

Lightweight roof

Substructures made from steel, wood or aerated concrete make extremely cost-effective flat roofs. The design of such lightweight roofs places especially high demands on the quality and flexibility of the waterproofing, but Bauder's high-quality system solutions mean that a similarly long service life can be achieved as with a solid roof made of reinforced concrete. This makes lightweight roofs an affordable alternative.

Green roof

Planted flat roofs have long since shaken off their reputation as nothing more than ornamental. In fact, the extra usable roof level offers some very tangible benefits: it compensates for sealed areas by storing rainwater and other precipitation, and by supplying fresh air. It protects the roof against UV rays and extremes of temperature. And, of course, it provides the basis for flourishing flora and fauna – or even a full-scale garden.

Using your roof area as a terrace is coming more and more into vogue. This special form of green roof transforms the entire house into a natural garden landscape while at the same time serving as an important relaxation and leisure area.
