Quick and secure lap sealing
The welding temperature range of 380°C - 480°C makes the hot-air welding of BauderTHERMOPLAN extremely reliable. All seams can be sealed very securely without any time-consuming preparation.

Versatile
BauderTHERMOPLAN is suitable for all lightweight roof substructures, and can be used in new build, refurbishment and roof planting projects. The membranes are bitumen-compatible and root resistant in accordance with FLL guidelines.

Lasting protection
BauderTHERMOPLAN is resistant to the effects of UV, weathering and ageing. These high-quality FPO membranes will protect the roof for many years either as a top waterproofing layer or with ballast - such as gravel, paving slabs or planting.

Ecological and easy to recycle
As an FPO system with no volatile plasticisers, BauderTHERMOPLAN is emission-free and can be bonded without generating any smoke or smell. After decades of waterproofing service, these roofing membranes can be recycled or incinerated leaving no waste residue.

BauderTHERMOPLAN membranes are available in several thicknesses and widths to reliably meet different requirements. A wide range of accessories for this system make it easy to install and permit complete custom solutions.
